学生支助计划 Support for Students
Edusave Account
All Singaporean Citizen students will have an Edusave account and receive a yearly contribution for their educational use. Parents can visit the MOE website at https://www.moe.gov.sg/financial-matters/edusave-account to find out how much your child can receive and what it can be used for.
Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS)
Financial assistance scheme is available to ensure that no child is left behind because of his/her financial situation. The Ministry of Education provides financial assistance to needy Singaporean students. Parents who wish to know more about MOE FAS can access the MOE website at https://www.moe.gov.sg/financial-matters/financial-assistance. Parents can apply for MOE FAS using the e-FAS form which is available on Parents Gateway (under Services tab – Financial Assistance) via Singpass login.
Those who do not meet the qualifying criteria for the MOE FAS may also apply for school-based assistance. Please approach the school for more information on school-based FAS.
IMDA DigitalAccess@Home Scheme
The DigitalAccess@Home scheme provides subsidised broadband and laptops/tablets to lower income family. Parents can apply online at https://www.imda.gov.sg/how-we-can-help/digital-access-at-home/scheme-details or via hardcopy form from school.
Student Support in Mainstream Schools
Mainstream primary schools are designed for students with the cognitive and adaptive skills to access the national curriculum within a mainstream learning environment. To ensure an inclusive experience, our schools provide integrated support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
